Gower Swimming Club has been teaching and coaching swimmers in many Swimming pools across Swansea for over 30 years and has grown to become one of the largest clubs in Wales.
The club membership extends from beginners to masters swimmers, and the club is home to the thriving and rapidly growing open water and triathlete groups.
Swimming is a fantastic sport for building up fitness and developing self-confidence, but as a contact sport it comes without any dangers or injuries which
come with so many other sports.
For children and young people this means they are able to gain all the benefits which come from a sport that can use up lots of excess energy or frustration.
